I’m not from the Czech Republic, can I still make an order?
Yes. By default, we can send our merchandise to Hungary, Poland, Germany, Austria and Romania. We accept payments by credit/debit card and by PayPal. All available payment options will show up in your cart with prices displayed in EUR. If you’d like us to deliver your order to a country that’s not listed above, please feel free to contact us.
How to place an order?
You can browse through all of the categories and items freely in our e-shop. All of the item photo thumbnails can be displayed larger. Add the items of your choice to the shopping cart. You do not need to register to place an order. Should you choose to register, the registration confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address you’ve entered in the registration form. If you’re a returning customer and are already registered, all you have to do is log in.
If you wish to add more than one piece of the same item, either in different colors or of the same color, please select the corresponding options on the item page.
Follow the instructions to finish up and place your order. Any special requests can be included in the order note field.
How do I know you’ve received my order?
Our system is notified of your order as soon as you place it and will send you an automatic e-mail confirmation that your order has been “Received”.
Once the package has been sent to you, you’ll get another confirmation of your order being “Sent”.
Please do not reply to these confirmation e-mails unless you wish to change the order or have some questions.
How soon will you send me my order?
All of the items in our e-shop are in stock and ready for delivery.
We ship our packages the following workday after receiving your order. As soon as the package is handed over at the post office / to the parcel service, our system will send you a confirmation that the order has been “Sent”. Should you not receive such confirmation, please log in to our system and check the status of the order in your profile.
I’ve received the “Sent” notification, but I’ve not received the package yet
Please understand that once we hand the package over at the post office / to the parcel service, there’s nothing we can do to make it reach you faster.
If it already has been a few days since the package was sent and you still did not receive it, do not hesitate to contact us and we’ll look the package up using its tracking number. You can also find the tracking number in the confirmation e-mail you’ve received.
I’m interested in something, but I’m not sure about the color, fabric...
